Having received an MA in Economics and Accounting at the University of Edinburgh in 1975, Kevin joined Seddon Atkinson in the role of Financial
Analyst.
His career in Finance over the next 10 years took him to Birds Eye Walls, British Home Stores and from there to Reuters Television. Deciding to further his academic career, Kevin commenced his MBA with the University of Strathclyde, which he completed whilst managing an important finance project for Mercury Communications in 1988.
As Deputy Financial Controller for Guinness from 1989, Kevin was involved in major change implementation, particularly in the area of Key Account
Management.
Wishing to expand his area of experience and utilising his expertise with a wider group of companies, in 1999 he became a strategic management consultant with marionet, the Hampshire UK based consulting firm. For the past three years Kevin has been involved in important strategic developments with client companies including Honda, USIT, Derby Group and Dell, particularly in marketing and finance and the implementation of IT and IS. Kevin has worked on an international change programme for BAT and is currently involved in finance project management for First Great Western.
Kevin is a keen thespian. He is also a regular participant in the London Marathon.
